You can log in to eLabFTW conveniently using your ZDV account. Once logged in, select the team you wish to join.

You can apply for a team via elabftw@uni-mainz.de. We need a team name (usually “AG …” or “Module …”).
We will then create a team and notify you. The team admin can then log in. They will need to approve other members of the team and can appoint additional admins. This gives you complete control over user management.
In addition, admins can change the team-specific settings and adapt them to their requirements.
You can search for users in the Admin Control Centre under the Users tab. You can then use the three dots in the Actions column to ‘Upgrade User to Administrator’.
You can be on as many teams as you like at the same time. Once you are in two or more teams, you will be given the option to choose your teams when you log in.
However, you can only choose your own team the first time you log in. Users who already have an account can only be added to other teams by Team Admins.
In the Admin Control Centre, under the Users tab, you can view the users in your team. You can ‘Add Users to Team’ using the three dots in the Actions column.
