You can log in to eLabFTW conveniently using your JGU or RLP account. Once logged in, select the team you wish to join.

Apply for the creation of a team for the electronic lab notebook eLabFTW at JGU.
To set up a team, you can apply via research-software@zdv.uni-mainz.de. To do so, please provide us with a team name and the contact details of the team administrator.
We will then create the team and notify you. The team admin can then log in. They must first approve the other team members and can appoint additional admins. This gives you full control over user management.
Admins can also change the team-specific settings and tailor them to their requirements.
In the Admin panel, you can search for users in your team under the ‘Users’ tab. Double-clicking on a name allows you to edit the user’s details and promote them to admin status.
You can belong to as many teams as you like at the same time. Once you have joined two or more teams, you will be given the option to select your preferred team when you log in.
Please note that you can only choose which team to join when you log in for the first time. Team administrators are responsible for adding users who already have an account to further teams.
In the Admin panel, under the ‘Users’ tab, you can view users from your team and from all other teams. You can add a user to your team by double-clicking on their name to change their teams.
